I was pretty skeptical at first, but once I received the item I realized that this is the real deal. It's extremely heavy and durable so that gives it a plus the fans turn on immediately and help cool it down it does get extremely hot so be careful on how long that you use the brightest setting. On the brightest setting it literally lights up any area a canyon a city even during the day it lights up the areas so it is 100% 200,000 lumens. I am very impressed with this light and will purchase another one. The issues that I did have is they do not return your emails immediately it takes up to 4 days for them to respond to an email that you sent then they have an excuse of time zone or they were out of the office or they were on a vacation they'll make any excuse they can but the bottom line is they don't return your emails immediately. Second one is the tracking information is total BS junk like from the 1800s where you have to wait for a male package to deliver before you know if it's even going to be delivered you can't track it it's extremely disappointing. And the Box itself is extremely flimsy made out of paper the item can sit down inside there if it just sits on a shelf all day long but if you were to carry that thing the top of it busts apart and falls out I do have photos which I don't know why I can't upload those here but the back side of it is literally paper glued as the structure unit for the top to open and close then the class that they use are toy class for like a little dollhouse or something they aren't heavy duty or durable and they will bend and twist and will open and fall and damage your flashlight you need to be very very cautious on this that box is junk, you would think for spending 700 plus dollars on an item that they would give you one of these newer cases like a pelican or something extremely durable not just a cardboard flimsy absorbs water and breaks as soon as you get it very disappointing there. In fact do what I did I got online took the measurements of the original box that I do have depth with and height and I bought a pelican and slipped the original packaging from my original box into that new Pelican as a durability concern and another thing monitor your charging because these Chargers charge extremely fast which is amazing but it also gets extremely hot too you have to be on top of that other than that you get what you think you're paying for it is extremely bright and gets extremely hot I just want to acknowledge that one more time it gets extremely hot it will burn your skin it'll catch things on fire you have to always maintain that you remove the battery at least five or six turns away from its locked position and or type position because if this thing turns on on accident you're screwed this will burn your whole house down catch a whole Forest on fire the list goes on and on my main thing is always maintain that this battery is not fully seated in because in case of an accidental turn on it happens I accidentally turned it on twice that's why I'm saying this it'll text things on fire other than that yeah I enjoy this 100%. I wish that the handle had more ergonomical gripping texture for you to hold on to then just some aluminum hard to hold handle but it is what it is.
Thank you for this incredibly detailed and honest review. 🙏 We genuinely appreciate the time you took to share both your praise and your frustrations — this is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us improve.
Let’s address each point openly:
1. Performance & Quality
We're thrilled that you found the MS32 to be 'the real deal' and that its 200,000-lumen output met your expectations. Your real-world test (lighting up a canyon or city, even during the day) is exactly what we designed it for. Thank you for confirming it delivers. 💪
2. Heat & Safety
You're absolutely right — the MS32 gets extremely hot on Turbo mode. This is a deliberate trade-off for packing 200,000 lumens into a handheld device. We strongly emphasize in our manual: Turbo is for short bursts only (emergencies, signaling, momentary use). For extended use, we recommend High II (40,000 lumens) or lower modes. And you're spot on about battery safety: always lock the flashlight (5 clicks) and store the battery pack separately when not in use. Thank you for reinforcing this critical safety message for other users.
3. Customer Service Response Time
You're right to call this out. We aim to reply within 24 hours, and we're sorry that your experience didn't reflect that. The delay you experienced was due to the Dragon Boat Festival holiday — our team was out of the office for 3 days. While holidays are beyond our control, we understand that this caused frustration, and we apologize for the lack of communication during that period. We're reviewing our holiday coverage to ensure better communication and response planning in the future.
4. Tracking Information
We appreciate you flagging this. We do update tracking numbers in our system and send automated email notifications with real-time tracking links. If you didn't receive them, it's possible they were filtered into your spam/junk folder or blocked by your email provider. We're currently working with our system provider to improve email deliverability and reduce the chance of this happening again. In the meantime, if you ever need a tracking update, feel free to DM us — we'll get it for you immediately.
5. Packaging Box
This is a point we genuinely appreciate you raising. The MS32's packaging box is designed to be a practical shipping container, not a rugged travel case. We acknowledge that it's not as durable as a Pelican-style case. We've noted this feedback for our product team — a more durable carrying solution is something we'll explore for future editions. Your idea of transferring the foam insert into a Pelican case is a smart workaround, and we're glad you found a solution.
6. Grip Texture
Noted. The aluminum handle is designed for durability, but we agree that a more ergonomic texture would improve the user experience. We'll consider this for future iterations.
7. Charger Heat
Thank you for noting that the charger gets hot — this is normal for 100W fast charging, but we appreciate the reminder for users to monitor it.
In summary: We're glad you enjoy the light, and we're taking your constructive criticism very seriously. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any other concerns. We'd love the chance to earn a 5-star review from you in the future.
This headlamp's got all the brightness settings you'd ever need, no matter what you're doing. Seriously, I'd totally recommend it.
The light and controlls are Brilliant! But the Structure on the Flat side is a dirt magnet.
There is no Poketclip or Holster option...thats bad, because the light is bulkier than a standart 21700 Flashlight.
Most Importantly: The Battery should be Removable!
Hi Daniel, thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoy the brightness and controls. We appreciate your suggestions about the structure, pocket clip, holster, and removable battery — your input helps us improve. If you have any further concerns, feel free to reach out!
Five Stars Best of both worlds - Focused High-Intensity Beam or Wide Focus Flood Light, and 2 beam focus selections in between at the flick of a switch. The Highest Intensity Focus Beam is not quite as narrow as an LEP Beam, but it still puts out over 200,000 candela in Turbo Full Spotlight mode. The other flashlight that uses the Liquid Crystal Diffractive Electro-optic Lens technology to electronically control the beam shape/focus is the Acebeam W35, but it has a huge form factor to produce its more than 1,500,000 candela - and it uses an LEP light source, which justifies its 3x the cost of the BTL50. This BTL50 doesn’t break the bank, and the small form factor [it does have some heft] with the high-tech focus and 200,000+ candela luminous intensity makes it a very useful EDC keeper.
