Imalent. I love this brand. Always a bit pricey, but they never disappoint. This is the DM35. It uses a CREE XHP35 HI and a smooth reflector. It’s rated at a max of 2000 lumens with its included 21700 cell. This would lead you to believe it’s a mini pocket thrower. It is, and it isn’t. It’s rated at almost 1500 ft of beam distance. Which I believe, it’s a bit different though. Lots of throw combined with flood. It’s hard to explain unless you compare it to other lights with a similar set up. Let’s just call it an awesome floody-thrower! The size to performance factor is fantastic! Get’s a bit hot on turbo after a few minutes. It’s to be expected with that output at that size. Never uncomfortable though. Well built as always. An easy UI unchanged from previous Imalents. A magnetic tail cap was added, along with a red side light, and finally a switch indicator light! Imalent listened and improved on all the flaws of the DN35 from a year or two back. This is my new go to pocket thrower.
